30-day trial
You have 30 days from receiving your order to try Vitae SOS. If you're not convinced, we'll refund your money.
How to request a return
- Email us at saokorentacar@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with the address and instructions for sending it back.
- Send the product back with all its accessories (bracelet and charging cable).
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the product, we will refund the amount to the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
Right of withdrawal
In addition to our 30-day trial, as a customer in the European Union you have the legal right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise it, simply inform us clearly (for example, by email). You can use the model form below, although it is not mandatory.
We will refund all payments received, including the initial delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from when you inform us of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product, or until you have sent us proof of having sent it back.
Faulty or damaged products
If your bracelet arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us with a photo or video and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you. You also have a 3-year legal guarantee.
