2. Purpose
These terms govern the use of this online shop and the purchase of Vitae SOS products. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept them. If you are a consumer, you are also protected by the applicable consumer legislation, in particular Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios — the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).
3. Product
Vitae SOS is a bracelet with an alert button that sends a notification to family members' phones via the home WiFi network and the free app. It is not a medical device or an emergency service, it does not replace 112 (the emergency number) or a professional telecare service, and its operation depends on the home's WiFi connection (2.4 GHz), on the internet connection of the family member's phone and on the app's notifications being enabled.
4. How to place an order
- Add the product to your cart and press the checkout button.
- Enter your delivery details and choose a payment method.
- Review the summary and confirm your order.
You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase. The contract is concluded in Spanish.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT (IVA). Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is made securely at the end of the purchase, using the payment methods shown at checkout.
6. Delivery

7. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, and we also offer you a 30-day trial. The whole process is explained on our Returns and Refunds.
8. Guarantee
Products carry the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery, in accordance with Spanish consumer legislation. If the product has a defect, email us and we will repair it, replace it or refund you, as appropriate.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage resulting from use of the product other than as indicated, from failures of the WiFi network, the internet or the family member's phone, or from situations in which the product has been used as a substitute for an emergency service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law grants you as a consumer.
10. Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have any problem, please email us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are a consumer, any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of your place of residence. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to you; request them from us by email.
